Exchange Policy

• Items may be exchanged within 14 days from the date of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned in their original condition with all tags attached.
• Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

Refunds are only available if:

• You received a defective item.
• You received the wrong item.
• Your order cannot be fulfilled by The S Code.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please include your order number and clear photos of the product.

Shipping Fees

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs unless the mistake was made by The S Code.
